Because I overslept and forgot to call home, because I haven't started on my HIST 396 paper for Siam, and because more problem sets just appeared in my inbox, I'll make this short:
I need winter to be over nowwwwwww!
And I need a trip to NYC!
I am muy bored right now so here, in a nutshell, is what we did during Winter Break in San Francisco, which come to think of it might just be as warm as it got for me so far this year.Me: "I was in California during rush week!"
Jose: "Yeah it's really nice and sunny there isn't it?"
Me: "Well I was in San Francisco."
Jose: "Oh. I'm so sorry."

Ed, incredulously: "What happens when you're 25?"
Monica: "You become marriageable."
Tiffany: "Your insurance goes down."
Me: "Do you know Damien Rice?"
Angela: "No. But he has a really nice name."
Monica: "So what do you call luo mi ji in Cantonese?"
Me: "Lor mai kai."
Ed: "So you can speak Cantonese now? Is there anything that you Singaporeans can't do?"
